Press-A-Penny warrants the penny presses sold hereby for five years from the date of delivery for all parts therein.

Defective parts will be replaced free of charge during that five year period. Damages caused by vandalism or misuse, including but not limited to improper installation or use not as ordinarily intended, are specifically excluded from this warranty. Labour costs are specifically excluded from this warranty.

The warranty of Press-A-Penny set forth herein is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
